Adam Beales, ex high school rugby player and talented amatuer driver is the first in the new 5 questions series and here are the answers he gave to our editor in chief.
Jordan: So Adam, what got you interested in racing in the first place?
Adam: Watching rallying and touring cars from a young age got me inspired to want to race.
Jordan:What is it that makes you want to keep racing?
Adam: It has been something I have always wanted to be involved in and very passionate about. The level progression in the sport is unrivalled and with so mny avenues in the sport there is always a championship to be challenged.
Jordan: Where would you like your career to be in five years?
Adam: In five years, I would love to have my own team and be hopefully competeing in Touring cars or GT Racing.
Jordan: What is you're favourite memory in motorsport?
Adam: Best memory would be when on holiday I would always go karting sadly never competed competitively but it was always good fun.
Jordan: And finally, being a racing driver means you have to stay in shape, so do you have a strict diet in the racing season?
Adam: I used to play rugy in schol so I'm not the slimmest of race drivers. I don't stick to a strict diet however when/if Motorsport becomes something I start to progress in then I will have to look seriously about shedding the rugby look.
